As a teacher with a lifelong love of stationery, colour and beautifully coordinated patterns, I've always believed that the things we use every day can bring a little joy into our lives. What many people don't see is that I've also experienced severe burnout more than once and have faced my own mental health challenges. Through those seasons, I discovered that healing isn't found in one big moment, but in the small daily habits that help us pause, reflect, dream and begin again. Every journal, planner and stationery design in this collection has been created with those lifelong lessons in mind, not because I have all the answers, but as gentle reminders to myself, and now to you, that we all deserve the tools to care for ourselves with kindness.
